Learn how to configure and customize your white label website


You have the ability to customize key pieces of information on your white label website. To begin, log in to your admin panel and navigate to "Website" -> "Configuration". 


Upload a logo
This is not required as we automatically populate the top of your website with a chat icon and your business name to the right. If you want to upload your own logo, it will replace both the chat icon AND your business name, so be sure to build your business name into your logo file. We recommend sizing your logo horizontally at the following dimensions: 450px x 75px. 

Favicon
A favicon is an icon associated with a URL that is variously displayed, as in a browser's address bar or next to the site name in a bookmark list. We automatically populate your site with a chat icon favicon, but you can upload your own. If you decide to do so, please size it as a square file, preferably 64px x 64px.

Contact Information
Enter your company name, contact phone number, and email address and double check that they are accurate. 

Contact Success Page
When someone fills out the contact page on your website, the form will reset and blank out and an automatic success message will appear saying "Thank you for contacting us!" If you'd like to have your own customized "Thank you" page, you can bypass the message we provide you and build your own messaging in the Contact Success Page field. You can even add images, links and more!

Show phone, email, pricing, contact, blog and address check boxes
You can choose which information you wish to display or hide on your website. To remove these pieces of information, simply uncheck the box next to the content you wish you remove.

Signup Button Text
This is the text that appears on the top right corner of your website inside the dark blue box. If you have not opted into our seamless billing integration, it will default to "Free Assessment". You may change this text in the Signup Button Text field.

Billing Signup Button Text
This is the text that appears on the top right corner of your website inside the dark blue box. If you have opted into our seamless billing integration, it will default to "Get Started". You may change this text in the BillingSignup Button Text field.

Social Media
Enter your businesses social media links in the social media fields provided. These links will appear as icons at the bottom right side of each page of your website.

Language and Currency
If you'd like to set your language or currency, to anything other than USD and English, check to see if they are available in the associated dropdown menus. If they are not, send us a note so that we can include them in the lists for you. In this section you can also change your default timezone for any businesses that you add.

SEO and Analytics
For your SEO Title, Description, and Keywords fields, include the keywords that you'd like people searching for your business online to find you by such as your location, "social media management," "marketing," etc.

- SEO Title: This is the clickable link that appears on search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

- SEO Description
: This is the description that appears underneath the clickable link that appears on search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing

- Google Analytics:  This is an optional feature which, if you decide to use, will allow you to track traffic that comes to your website. If you'd like to see demographic, age, location, and other information about the traffic visiting your website, create a free Google Analytics account here. At the end of the set-up process, Google will provide you with a string of HTML code that they will tell you to place on your website. Our Google Analytics field is where you will paste that string of code.
