If you are certain that you are admin for the related Facebook page and aren't seeing the option to connect it, this might be for you.

What happens sometimes when making the initial Facebook connection for both Facebook Pages, Facebook Groups and Instagram Accounts is that you might have accidentally not allowed the correct permissions to allow your website to be able to post to all pages and groups. If this is the case, Facebook has made this easier to fix than it used to be. The ultimate goal here is to make sure to turn on and allow ALL pages/groups that you might be admin for to be allowed. So try these steps:

-Sign into Facebook.com

-Click the "Triangle" button in the top right

-Select "Settings"

-In the tool bar on the left select "Business Integrations"

-In the list of apps find the one for "Social Post" and click on the "View and edit" button.

If you just see a few "toggles" for at the permissions kind of like this screenshot, then let me know as it might be a different issue.

But if you go there and instead it has a bunch of checkboxes with some unchecked and pages listed individually some not like this screenshot below, then this is likely the issue.

To fix it:

-Check off the top checkmarks next to each of the "Pages" headings that I circled in the above screenshot so that they are all checks everywhere. Do this for each permission where things are listed individually and when you are done, save it and be sure to do this for ALL the permissions.

-Then to check on the Facebook side, click again on the "View/Edit" option and if everything there has toggles with no individual pages listed out then it should be fixed.

-Now go back and try making a new connection on the SocialCommand side and you should now see the missing pages available to be connected. If not, double check these steps again.
